Core To The Guilds
Within the House of the Holy Rollers the records and oral histories have been painstakingly collected and refined over the centuries. The ideals and laws were laid down at the start of the second age during the reformation. Every Guild and House member has upheld these nine sacred laws since its formation:
All guild contracts are binding, even in death!
All guild members shall answer to their guild masters.
All guild masters shall answer to Arbiters.
All blood contracts are allowed if guild sanctioned.
All magical weapons shall be registered to the proper guild.
The possessor of a magical weapon takes responsibility for it.
All rouge magics shall be presented to the Guild before Arbiters are summoned.
Guild members only conduct outside business with an Arbiter to preside.
Council ruling are final. Only the Star Chamber may overturn the Council.
