Ebron-Varoon is one of the most prestigious and well-known houses in all of Guild. Their lineage can be traced back to some of the most influential figures in Guild’s history. The current head of the house, Lady Varoon, is a powerful figure in Guild politics and is highly respected by her peers. Many attribute the success of House Ebron-Varoon to her shrewd business acumen and keen political instincts as well an expert knowledge of how Transactions are conducted between kingdoms. Her Cartographers not only know the styles and customs of the kingdoms, they also know the forgotten lands that only the legends and lore speak of.

The Cartographers Guild is a proud and ancient organization that has existed since the First Age. The Cartographers Guild is dedicated to the art of mapmaking, and its members are some of the most skilled cartographers in the land. The Cartographers are mapmakers who have banded together with the Navigators guild, House Fallowmeer, to explore, map, and record the world around them. Members of the Guild are highly skilled in cartography and possess a wealth of knowledge about the world. The Guild provides its members with various contracts that can be completed for profit. These contracts can vary in difficulty and provide your character with valuable gold and experience.

Guild benefits

House Ebron-Varoon is one of the land’s most prestigious and wealthiest houses. The house is always looking for new members to join its ranks. As a member of House Ebron-Varoon, you have access to guild items and equipment at a discounted price.

As a member of the Guild, your character will have access to this knowledge and will be able to learn new skills and abilities. The benefits of being a guild member include access to exclusive information, discounts on equipment and supplies, and invitations to special events.

The Guild also connects with other kingdoms and tribes and can provide its members with contracts from these organizations. House Ebron-Varoon provides a safe passage to every contracted cartographer with specially aged parchment, which has earned the nickname “Papers.” The aged parchment has been stained with ink and what looks like blood, though it could be rust from the nails that hold them together at the edges. Every Guild Cartographer is issued Papers as these will give you safe passage through Ertha. Even the beasts know to leave those bearing House Ebron-Varoon mark alone.

Every new Guild Cartographer, before they set out into the world of Ertha, typically will stare at the papers for a moment before tucking them into their belt or packs. As they cross the threshold into Ertha, they can’t help but wonder what wonders await you in this strange land. The Guild Cartographers all work from the stories of the mythical land and its strange creatures that the Legends and Lore Guild, House Pleayashayne, provide. Now, armed with nothing but these Papers of Safe Passage, and their tools of the trade plus their training, they are about to embark on the adventure of a lifetime.

Kindness from strangers

The Cartographers Guild is a community that relies on each other for help when needed. If one member needs healing, supplies, or assistance, the others will be there instantly with everything they can provide! The group also works together to overcome challenges by pooling resources like food and water– giving all members access they need while still being mindful of protecting their vulnerabilities too much. Hence, so as not to let anyone fall behind during difficult situations.

Self-sufficiency

The Cartographers of House Ebron-Varoon are individuals capable of caring for themselves while exploring Ertha. They are knowledgeable and can find their way around with little difficulty. The group is also self-sufficient when it comes to supplies and resources. They can find or create what they need to survive and thrive in Ertha or know how to obtain what they seek.

One cannot state the importance of House Ebron-Varoon, The Cartographers Guild, within the world of Ertha. Since the end of the great First Age War and the cleansing fires of the Shadowgate, much was lost. House Ebron-Varoon has been working from the scraps that they were able to salvage, plus the information that is shared from the Legends and Lore Guild and any new findings that the Navigator Guild provides; Ertha is still a massive unexplored world, with much to be discovered and to find what has been lost from the previous ages.
