Genesis of Two Tribes
Journey through Ertha’s First Age, a time of profound growth shadowed by lurking Evil. In the age-old tale of Ertha’s ancient tribes, we navigate through the mysterious Erthans residing in the bustling metropolis of PanGaia of Ertha. Their strong cultural identity deterred them from mingling with the crew, the powerful race known as The First Ones. Their story begins here, set against the backdrop of their grand city and a library as expansive as the minds that it nurtured. Inspired by this wealth of knowledge, a fraction of these Erthans dared to venture out and conceive their own haven – Erthaminor. This settlement, birthed by the Erthans, would house their offspring, humorously dubbed as Terrans.
Enlightenment and Shadows
Their journey paved the way for the First Age of Ertha, a transformative era marked by growth and development but also the onset of insidious evil. This unseen entity began corrupting the inhabitants of both cities, despite their bewilderment and admiration for the powerful capabilities of The First Ones. What started as a fight for survival soon morphed into a flourishing civilization, oblivious to the lurking malevolence threatening to upend their tranquil existence.
A Tale of Two Cities
The geography of Ertha was transforming, marked by the emergence of the two principal cities: Panagia of Ertha and Erthaminor. Each city was distinct yet united in its fascination for The First Ones, the Native Erthans, and the Terrans. Interestingly, nestled deep within the great library of Panagia of Ertha were catacombs leading to a fascinating under labyrinth, hinting at an intriguing underworld waiting to be explored.
Caste System and Powerful Families
With the birth of two cities, an unforeseen phenomenon unfolded – the creation of distinct castes. The First Ones, with their profound wisdom and superior gifts, were held in high regard by one faction. The other faction, preferring purity, chose to keep their distance. Tensions rose as influential families emerged, each city started to nurture its distinct beliefs, and the seeds of internal conflict were sown.
The Hand of Evil
While the cities were engrossed in their growth and conflict, Evil stealthily infiltrated the major families, playing both sides and stoking the flames of disagreement. Ultimately, this led to an inevitable war between the two cities. Even The First Ones, with all their wisdom, could not save their paradise as they too fell victim to Evil’s influence.
Shadowgate Evil’s Triumph
The tangible evidence of Evil’s triumph was the phasing in of the ShadowGate between the two cities. Despite the alarm raised by The First Ones, the damage was done. The gateway for Evil was open, and the invasion had begun, threatening to consume the entire planet and its advanced technology.
Witnesses of Miracles
Amidst this impending doom, the Erthans discovered a glimmer of hope – the healers working in PanGaia of Ertha’s healing center and the ‘Mancers’ Necroi, capable of performing miracles like raising the dead. Despite The First Ones’ efforts to attribute these miracles to technology, the Erthans held onto their beliefs and termed the miracle workers as Necromancers.
Fight Against Destruction
With Evil firmly entrenched in Ertha, war was inevitable. The Erthans were tricked into consuming animal flesh, corrupting them into grotesque creatures and further intensifying the conflict. In the midst of this chaos, the role of Gaia, who created a harmonious race to counterbalance Evil’s destructive creatures, is of utmost importance. But all hope isn’t lost, as the first Necromancer prepares for a risky mission to seek help from the Star Chamber.
Paradise Lost
With the war in full swing, PanGaia’s Erthans, swayed by Evil, misused technology to create the Dweorgs, powerful beings for mining precious resources. This misuse caused Gaia to have a core breach meltdown, further complicating matters.
The Final Stand
With Ertha on the brink of total annihilation, the first Necromancer takes on the daunting task of contacting the Star Chamber, a realm beyond time and space where Good and Evil plead their cases. Her mission: to seek aid and possibly turn the tide of the devastating war. As our tale comes to a close, we hold our breath, waiting to see the fate of Ertha unfold.
